The service is excellent at Okatshe, which makes it a great place to order as many dishes as your party can handle. At 10pm, a DJ started blaring music, which I thought was a bit odd. It’s a restaurant, not a nightclub. Okatshe is a Japanese sake and noodle bar located in the former Seaside Café space at the Tropicana Casino & Resort in Atlantic City.

Okatshe is located in the Tropicana, just off the casino floor, and next to Olon. Guests Okatshe through a secret door at the back of a Japanese candy shop (okashi). Inside, the dark izakaya atmosphere features glowing overhead neon signs that are reminiscent of the Tokyo streets.
